Fluid
Like water...
My body flows
moving to a constant stream
of inner rhythms
swaying and dancing
towards enlightenment.
Allowing room for
words and truisms
to trickle out increasingly gaining momentum
and power like waterfalls
crashing down into
a ocean of understanding.

I am gaining strength
shedding old skin for new skin
wanting the new me to begin
